Cancellations

When you book your appointment you will see our full cancellation policy – please read it carefully as we adhere to it very strictly.

Our Lash Artist’s time is limited and incredibly valuable. We ask that you respect her time as much as we respect yours.

Bookings may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of your appointment cost.

No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.

Bookings

All bookings must be made via the booking link (accessible on each page of this website).

NO bookings will be taken via phone, email or social media.

If you have enquires about any of our services, please feel free to contact us, but please be aware that you will still need to book your appointment online.

You should plan to arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early – late arrival will impact your appointment time.

Please ensure you attend your appointment with a CLEAN, makeup-free lash line – while our artist will prep your lashes before your appointment, if more extensive cleaning of your lashes is required, it will impact your appointment time.

Other

We love children, but unfortunately, our studio is not a safe place for them to play – therefore we have a ‘no kids’ policy in force for their safety, as we do not have a crèche facility. Please organise your lash appointment around childcare arrangements.

We also do not apply lashes to anyone under the age of 18.

If you are pregnant and have not had lashes applied by us before, unfortunately we will not be able provide lash extensions for you until after your bundle of joy has arrived.

Due to the extensive range of styles and techniques among lash artists, we will not lash over another artist’s work. You will need to arrange removal of your existing extensions so that we can start creating your luscious new look with a totally clean slate.
